Given the overwhelming impact of the Coronavirus on so many aspects of life in the last couple of months, coupled with the fact that it looks like things are going to be very different for a while to come, it is no surprise that almost all of us are reflecting upon our current financial situation, and seeking to ensure that we are making good use of all the resources available to us.
With this in mind, my own financial planning community, in conjunction with our Institute – the CISI, have produced two new guides which may be of interest to you, and also perhaps to your family and friends. Please feel free to share as you see fit.
I do appreciate that, whether you are retired or in work, you are very likely to have already considered many of the topics in the guides, but hopefully you might find a wee reminder that could still be useful for triggering an idea or two.

Finally, we are very well aware that for many people the current events are causing heightened levels of anxiety. This might be around the certainty of future income, or indeed the changing values of savings and investments, so we are keen to reiterate – please feel free to give us a call anytime – even if it’s just for a little reassurance.
